Learn to rehearse with purpose. A lot of what we work on when rehearsing as chamber musicians is how to communicate non verbally with our fellow players. Understanding how to interpret the pulse, blend sound, intonation, and musical ideas clearly, is vital to performing without a conductor. Skyros Quartet Violist, Justin Kurys will lead a class focusing on rehearsal technique and how to efficiently and effectively use them with your colleagues.
